Crisis Communication

Crisis communication includes all communication activities carried out in the context of a crisis situation to prevent or limit loss of confidence, image damage etc. In collaboration with all parties involved, our approach lies in the clear allocation of competence and responsibilities and a lucid and articulate line of communication to achieve a uniform and consistent representation in terms of content and argumentation. Our aim is to define communication strategies together with you as a realistic solution to prepare in advance for conflicts or crisis situations and to achieve an effective communication management (communicative action both before and after the crisis).

It is therefore our declared aim to provide for an immediate, transparent, appropriate and truthful (media) coverage of the causes, repercussions and consequences of any crisis and to ensure that trust and credibility does not suffer as a result and is in fact reinforced.
